WANT TO DELETE YOUR STONESCENCE ACCOUNT? NO PROBLEM!

If you want to delete your Stonescence account, just fill in the details below with Comment, "Delete My Account".

Phone Number is NOT mandatory.

It can take up to 30 days to process your request after verifying your identity through mail, but please be aware that once this request has been processed you may lose access to your account immediately.

Deleting your Account Means:

  • You will not be able to log into your account on the Stonescence Website or the Stonescence App
  • All order history from the Stonescence Website and App (if you've shopped with us previously) will be deleted.

Deleting your Account does not Mean:

That we will delete all of the information we hold about you.

We wanted to make sure that you understand that the right of deletion is not an absolute right;

  • We may retain information if there is any pending orders from you.
  • Your purchases details will be kept so that we are able to comply with our statutory audit requirements and tax purposes.

Required Steps in Account deletion

1.You can submit the below form with "Delete my Account" in Comment field.

2.We will send you a mail to verify your identity.

3.For your convenience, If you have any pending orders or returns, you will not be able to delete your account. You can initiate the same steps after all your purchases and returns are done.

4.We will notify of your account deletion within 30 days of successful submission of your request.

5.Once done, you will no longer have access to your order history and account.
