- If you receive a transit damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at returns@stonescence.in within 2 days of delivery to report the issue. Do add the picture of the item in original packaging and tag in the E-Mail for quicker return approval.We’re here to assist!

- Once your return is approved, we will arrange a free pickup of the product from your location for your convenience.
💳 Refund Process:
- COD Purchases: You will receive a coupon equivalent to the refund amount, which can be applied to your next purchase
- Online Payments: Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
